鹽水制冰機的工藝流程:
鹽(yan)(yan)水(shui)(shui)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冰(bing)(bing)(bing)是(shi)一種間接冷卻系(xi)統(tong)。在(zai)傳統(tong)的(de)咸水(shui)(shui)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冰(bing)(bing)(bing)池(chi)(chi)中(zhong),蒸發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)鹽(yan)(yan)水(shui)(shui)池(chi)(chi)和(he)鹽(yan)(yan)水(shui)(shui)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冰(bing)(bing)(bing)池(chi)(chi)組合成一個制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冰(bing)(bing)(bing)池(chi)(chi),由隔(ge)板隔(ge)開。在(zai)鹽(yan)(yan)水(shui)(shui)在(zai)蒸發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)鹽(yan)(yan)水(shui)(shui)池(chi)(chi)中(zhong)冷卻后,它在(zai)攪拌(ban)器(qi)(qi)的(de)作用下進入(ru)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冰(bing)(bing)(bing)鹽(yan)(yan)水(shui)(shui)池(chi)(chi)以(yi)冷卻冰(bing)(bing)(bing)桶。

溫度的測定:
1)鹽水溫度(du)t1 t1直(zhi)接影響(xiang)冷(leng)凍速(su)度(du)和冰塊質(zhi)量。 T1降低,冷(leng)凍速(su)度(du)增加,但蒸發溫度(du)要求降低,因(yin)此制冷(leng)系數降低。 T1增加,這不(bu)利于鹽水和冰桶之間的熱(re)傳(chuan)遞(di),并減慢冷(leng)凍速(su)度(du)。一般t1-10℃
